Coast hired Incubate to create an email styleguide and template system that they can use to offer promotions, product releases, and advertising to the Coast customer. The design of the flexible system incorporates the same look and feel of the website, and is used throughout the USA, Asia, and Europe. The template system included a communication strategy, written tone, design layouts, and a series of working email templates. After the adoption of the system Incubate was also responsible for creating many of the initial emails that went out to the clients. The emails have consistently boosted website traffic and product sales throughout the company and have an average 25% open rate with a 7% click thru rate.
